Position Overview
Adult & Teen Challenge 4 States is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and motivated individuals to join our men's center for internship. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on ministry experience, develop leadership skills, and foster personal growth, all while supporting our students as they work toward recovery.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide daily support and mentorship to current ATC students
• Oversee program work details
• Assist staff with program activities and events
• Help facilitate group sessions and devotionals as needed
• Maintain a safe, positive, and Christ-centered living environment
• Support administrative tasks and facility upkeep
• Model healthy boundaries, accountability, and positive decision-making
• Act as a role model for spiritual growth and personal development
Requirements
Qualifications
• Successful completion of the Adult & Teen Challenge program or Christian background that supports qualification to serve in hands on ministry internship.
• Strong commitment to Biblical Christianity preferably amiable to Assemblies of God
• Desire to serve others
• Reliable, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Willingness to live on-site and adhere to internship guidelines
• Driver's License is preferred
