PCADV is looking for a dynamic Program Services Coordinator who is committed to taking an active role in walking out our mission to ending intimate partner violence and all forms of violence and oppression.

The Pennsylvania Coalition Against Domestic Violence (PCADV) is dedicated to reducing, preventing, and educating the community about domestic violence. We are currently seeking a Program Services Coordinator to assist the Program Services teams. This position reports to the Chief Program Services Officer.

You will be responsible for:

  • COORDINATING the planning, implementation, and evaluation of training, technical assistance (TA), and program development initiatives that align with PCADV priorities
  • ORGANIZING and maintaining Departments' electronic files; compose and type routine correspondence, format charts and tables; utilize a variety of online electronic reporting systems, and other computer software programs, as needed
  • ASSIST in coordinating, scheduling, planning, and hosting Departments' and organizational virtual and in-person events, meetings, conferences, training, workshops, webinars, and conference calls. Attend events to provide in-person support, including annual events at the PA Capitol

What qualifies me to be considered?

  • Minimum of three years experience in administrative support,
  • Demonstrated experience in essential support functions: word processing, formatting, file maintenance, editing and proofreading, web-based research, and database utilization
  • Demonstrated ability to record; and transcribe official minutes of lengthy, complex meetings and discussions
  • General awareness about cultural and socioeconomic topics of importance; how these issues apply to domestic violence intervention, prevention, and services

*Note: This position is primarily remote. Some in-person meetings and event support will be required.

Pennsylvania resident with proximity to Harrisburg is prioritized; occasional travel possibly required.
