Work Environment

This role offers a remote working environment, providing flexibility and the opportunity to reach students from various locations. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of students' needs by interviewing them and evaluating their current conditions, strengths, and challenges.

  • Monitor clientsโ€™ progress through regular check-ins and evaluations, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
  • Provide informed counseling during sessions, equipping students with practical strategies and coping mechanisms.
  • Maintain meticulous records of sessions, progress notes, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Attend case conferences, presenting client updates and participating in interdisciplinary discussions to optimize care strategies.
  • Act as a key worker, establishing trusting relationships with clients and collaborating with teachers, school staff, and community services.
  • Facilitate referrals to external community services and resources that can aid in the recovery and support of clients.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field from an accredited institution.
  • Active and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification.
