Work Environment

This position is remote, enabling you to provide vital support to students in various school settings from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with educators, school administrators, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive support to students facing various mental health challenges.
• Conduct thorough assessments to understand student needs, followed by the development of customized treatment plans and intervention strategies.
• Provide direct support to students and their families by facilitating therapy sessions, which may include individual, group, or family counseling.
• Regularly evaluate student progress through ongoing case reviews and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of sessions and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards, using electronic health record systems.
• Stay current on the latest evidence-based practices in social work and mental health by participating in continuous professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role focuses on serving students in educational settings, addressing various mental health issues including anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, and trauma. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory.
• A current and valid LCSW license to practice in the state of Virginia is required.
• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessment techniques and treatment planning tailored specifically for the educational environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a remote setting.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
