SUPPLY CHAIN WORKING STUDENT (M/F/D)

At Coty we are looking for ambitious supply chain talents, with a hands-on mentality, for a duration of 6 months. As a supply chain working student you will be working with the DACH supply planning and customisation team, based in our office in Darmstadt. This internship will start per May or June, 1st 2026.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Operational Support of the Supply Chain – Inventory Management and Planning

  • Support the coordination of daily supply chain activities in the areas of planning and customisation
  • Assist in resolving operational issues and deviations
  • Support the analysis of inventory levels and basic stock and variance analyses
  • Identify risks (e.g. delivery delays, low stock levels)
  • Prepare and maintain data and reports for supply planning activities

 

 

 

Operational Support of the Supply Chain – Promotion Project Management

  • Support project management activities with a focus on alignment and coordination of technical aspects between internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor and systematically track project timelines, proactively identify deviations, and ensure smooth execution along defined milestones

Collaboration & Learning

  • Close collaboration with various supply chain functions
  • Support smaller projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Actively learn end-to-end supply chain processes within the market

 

 

THE IDEAL COTY FIT

  • Student of supply chain, logistics, business administration, or a comparable field
  • Interest in supply chain processes and operational workflows
  • Basic analytical skills and affinity for numbers
  • Competent user of MS Office (Excel); PowerBI knowledge preferred
  • Strong organisational skills with a detail-oriented working style
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and demonstrate reliability
  • Good communication skills in German and English
