As a Human Resources Working Student, you will support the HR team with administrative tasks, employee support, data management, reporting, and HR projects while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic international beauty company.

THE ROLE  

As our HR Working Student, you will be a key member of the Human Resources team, supporting daily HR operations and contributing to a positive employee experience. This role offers the opportunity to gain practical insight into HR processes within a global organization while collaborating with colleagues across different functions and countries.

You will be reporting to the HR Manager and you will manage:

  • Support personnel administration activities, including certificates, documentation, and employee records management.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR-related queries.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of HR documentation.
  • Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
  • Prepare HR reports and statistics.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives.
  • Support the implementation and optimization of HR processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business.

 

 

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

As a proactive and detail-oriented individual, you enjoy working in a collaborative environment and are eager to learn. You combine strong organizational skills with a hands-on attitude and a passion for supporting people.

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or a related field (minimum third semester completed).
  • Initial experience in Human Resources is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Structured, accurate, and independent way of working.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to take ownership.
  • Curious, eager to learn, and motivated to develop professionally.
