Working Student - HR Processes & Standards (m/f/d)

Your team To support our HR Process Management team, we are currently looking for a working student who is passionate about shaping the future of HR. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in building and continuously improving a company-wide HR process landscape while working at the intersection of process management, digital transformation, and artificial intelligence. You will become an integral part of a team that drives process transparency, standardization, governance, and innovation across HR. Working closely with process owners, HR experts, and stakeholders, you will support the development of process documentation, governance structures, and AI-enabled ways of working.

What you will do:

  • Support the development and maintenance of the HR process portfolio
  • Manage and structure process documentation and SharePoint content
  • Track action items, milestones, and process governance activities
  • Support process reviews and quality checks
  • Support the preparation of community meetings, communication materials, and status reports

Who you are:

  • Enrolled student in business administration, human resources, organizational development, or a related field
  • Strong interest in process management and organizational topics
  • Initial experience in designing or documenting processes is a plus
  • Very good German and English communication skills
  • Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented way of working
  • Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
  • Confident in Microsoft 365 applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint
  • Proactive mindset and willingness to drive topics independently

Nice to know:

  • Remote work options within Germany
  • Duration: 6 months 20 hours/week, up to 35 hours/week during the semester break
  • Salary: €17.80/hour
