• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students to determine their mental health needs, identifying key socio-emotional challenges that may impact their academic success.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that employ a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and other evidence-based practices.
• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms, providing a safe and supportive environment for students.
• Collaborate closely with school staff, parents, and community resources to coordinate care, ensuring that students receive holistic support tailored to their needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards, documenting treatment progress and client outcomes.
• Lead workshops and group sessions aimed at promoting mental wellness and resilience among students.

You will primarily work with students in a school setting, which may include children from diverse cultural backgrounds and varying levels of ability. Our focus is on fostering emotional intelligence, enhancing social skills, and accommodating students facing a spectrum of emotional and behavioral challenges, from anxiety and depression to stress management and conflict resolution.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field, demonstrating comprehensive training in clinical practices.
• Possession of a valid, active LCSW license in California, ensuring you meet state requirements for clinical practice.
• A minimum of two years of related clinical experience, preferably within a school or youth-focused setting.
• Strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, and case documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to connect with and support diverse client populations, utilizing culturally competent approaches.

• Experience with telehealth services and digital mental health tools, especially in a remote setting.
• Previous work in school systems or with children and adolescents experiencing mental health issues.
• Familiarity with educational support frameworks and mental health resources available in educational institutions.
