Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations to assess the needs of clients and formulate tailored treatment plans that address their unique situations.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions to provide individual therapy, ensuring a focus on therapeutic techniques that promote long-term recovery and mental well-being.
• Deliver virtual therapy sessions, adapting strategies to cater to the online platform while maintaining a personal connection with clients.
• Adhere strictly to practice policies, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements while providing care, ensuring the highest standards of professional conduct are upheld.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, integrating various clinical tools and electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will support come from diverse backgrounds and face a range of challenges, including those undergoing detoxification and individuals experiencing mental health disturbances related to substance use. Your role will be crucial in providing therapeutic support and guiding clients towards recovery and healthy coping strategies. A deep understanding of trauma-informed care and cultural competency will enhance your interactions and help foster trusting relationships.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.
• Possession of an active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in California.
• A minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience in a mental health or substance abuse setting is essential.

Preferred Experience

• Experience conducting diagnostic assessments and developing comprehensive treatment plans.
• Proven capability to work with underserved and diverse populations in a clinical context.
• Familiarity with relevant software programs for documentation and client management.

Compensation and Benefits

Heartfelt Connections, LLC offers an attractive compensation package ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
