Work Environment

This remote role allows the Licensed Clinical Social Worker to engage directly with students and families via virtual platforms. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct clinical support to students experiencing mental health challenges through assessment, counseling sessions, and the implementation of evidence-based interventions.
  • Conduct brief, developmentally appropriate screenings and arrange for detailed assessments to identify individual student needs.
  • Develop and implement integrated care plans in collaboration with students, families, and educational staff, ensuring access to necessary resources and services.
  • Engage in crisis intervention efforts, providing immediate support during emergencies and ensuring student safety and well-being.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with organizational standards, including treatment progress and outcome measures.

  • Monitor and manage a caseload consisting of individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client.

Qualifications
