Keep In Touch Counseling Solutions is actively seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time position located in Pomona, California. This role is primarily remote and will involve providing mental health support in a school setting. This position offers a flexible remote working environment where you will be administratively supported while working directly with students and their families. The typical work schedule is from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Our remote infrastructure supports seamless communication and collaboration using digital platforms that facilitate therapy sessions and team interactions.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Keep In Touch Counseling Solutions, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to accurately understand the needs of clients and subsequently developing individualized care plans that are tailored to promote their mental and emotional well-being.
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methods, such as cognitive-behavioral techniques, to foster client progress within their unique contexts.
• Maintaining meticulous compliance with all recordkeeping and confidentiality standards to protect patient information and adhere to regulations.
• Collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team—including educators, psychologists, and other social workers—to ensure holistic treatment approaches that address various facets of students' lives.
• Providing clients and their families with educational resources and tools to support their mental health journey outside of therapy sessions.
• Staying informed about the latest research and methodologies in social work to continuously enrich your practice and support client outcomes.

This role focuses primarily on school-aged children and adolescents who may be experiencing emotional or behavioral challenges. Clients often present with issues related to trauma, anxiety, depression, or interpersonal difficulties. Your engagement will not only assist students in navigating these challenges but will also involve empowering families to be active participants in their children's mental health care journey.

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of California.
• Proven proficiency in providing clinical social work services, with strong expertise in treatment methodologies.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, crucial for building rapport with clients and collaborating with colleagues.
• Comfort with utilizing technology to conduct remote sessions, as well as adeptness in client management and data tracking systems.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience working as a social worker, particularly in educational settings or with children and adolescents. Familiarity with remote therapeutic practices will be considered an asset in this role.
