Key Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs and developing individualized care plans that align with their goals.
• Implementing evidence-based methods and therapeutic techniques to monitor and enhance client progress throughout their treatment journey.
• Maintaining strict compliance with standards for recordkeeping and confidentiality to protect client information.
• Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists and counselors, to deliver a coordinated approach to client care.
• Providing educational resources and tools to clients and their families, ensuring they have the necessary support for sustainable progress.
• Integrating the latest research and therapeutic techniques into daily practice to improve treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will engage with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. Your primary focus will be to support these clients through personalized care, utilizing trauma-informed methods to ensure they feel safe, respected, and empowered throughout their therapy journey.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A current, valid LCSW license in California.
• Comprehensive knowledge of clinical social work practices and treatment methodologies.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Proficiency in using technology for telehealth services.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of clinical social work experience, with hands-on involvement in trauma-informed care.
• Experience working within a community health clinic environment is advantageous, enabling you to understand the various social determinants of health impacting clients.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience, along with a competitive benefits package.
