• Conduct thorough initial assessments of patients' mental and emotional health, identifying their needs and challenges related to trauma.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based strategies such as cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care.
• Meet with patients regularly to provide counseling, listen to their concerns, and engage in meaningful discussions that aid their recovery process.

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is required.
• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) certification is mandatory.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to foster relationships with patients and team members.
