Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, couples, family, and group counseling sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Utilize cloud-based Electronic Health Records (EHR) to maintain accurate documentation, ensuring compliance with insurance standards, including Medicaid and Medicare.
• Design and implement treatment programs to assist clients in controlling symptoms related to various mental health conditions, trauma, and dual diagnosis.
• Provide ongoing assessments and modifications to therapeutic techniques based on client progress and feedback.
• Manage your schedule to meet client needs while promoting your work-life balance, with the option to work evenings and weekends.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and attend virtual case reviews to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a LPC at Pyramid Care Consultants, you will primarily serve a diverse range of clients with a variety of mental health concerns. This includes individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and dual diagnoses. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.
• Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in mental health counseling.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage caseload efficiently.
• Access to a reliable laptop or desktop, high-speed internet, and a webcam for virtual counseling sessions.
• Must pass a comprehensive background check prior to hire.

Preferred Experience

• Experience using electronic health record systems, particularly cloud-based platforms.
• Proficiency in telehealth counseling and familiarity with best practices in virtual service delivery.
• Skills in conducting various therapeutic approaches (e.g., cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy).
• Specific training in trauma-informed care techniques or certifications in specialized therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits
