Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality counseling services to clients through individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Utilize a cloud-based EHR system to manage client records efficiently, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Respond to client needs and adjust treatment plans accordingly, maintaining client confidentiality and safety.
• Implement treatment programs that are designed to assist clients in managing symptoms of mental health issues, trauma, and dual diagnoses.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals within the organization to enhance treatment effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a counselor at Pyramid Care Consultants, you will work primarily with adults facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• Proficient in utilizing digital tools and technology, including a reliable laptop or desktop with high-speed internet and video capabilities.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively.
• Candidates must pass a background check as part of the hiring process.
• Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends, enabling you to better accommodate your clients’ schedules and needs.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in telehealth counseling and familiarity with EHR systems is highly desirable.
