Company Description

We are a structural and miscellaneous steel fabrication company operating under new leadership with a clear focus on rebuilding the business the right way.
Our priority is simple. Clean operations. Strong processes. Reliable delivery. Long-term relationships.
We are actively restructuring how we estimate, win work, and execute projects. This includes improving systems, tightening quality control, and focusing on the right types of jobs that support consistent growth.
This is not a maintenance role. This is a build role.
The right person will have a direct impact on how the estimating department operates, how work is won, and how the company is positioned in the market moving forward.
We are looking for people who take ownership, move fast, and want to be part of building something that lasts.
