• Conduct detailed assessments and treatment planning for clients experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, using evidence-based practices.
• Create integrated care plans and facilitate communication between clients, families, and various providers to ensure a cohesive treatment approach.
• Deliver a wide range of therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family therapy, targeting the unique needs of each client.
• Participate in crisis intervention and support clients in acute situations, ensuring timely intervention and follow-up services.
• Regularly monitor and document client progress, ensuring all reports and data submissions are completed in a timely manner.
• Actively engage in team meetings and collaborative discussions to uplift team goals, contributing to program development and quality improvement initiatives.

You will primarily serve a diverse student population, providing support to those facing various emotional and psychological issues within an educational framework. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
