At Ridgewood Manor, we are committed to providing the highest level of care to our patients, and we are seeking a dedicated Social Services Director to join our team. Ridgewood Manor Nursing Center is tucked away inside beautiful Maumee, Ohio, and we take pride in our facility's reputation for excellence in long-term skilled nursing care and rehabilitation therapy.

As a Social Services Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the social services department and ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care. Your duties will include:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive social services plans to meet the unique needs of each patient

  • Coordinating with healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive seamless care and support

  • Providing counseling and guidance to patients and their families, as needed
