Ridgewood Manor Nursing Center is tucked away inside beautiful Maumee, Ohio, and we take pride in our facility's reputation for excellence in long-term skilled nursing care and rehabilitation therapy.

As a Social Services Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the social services department and ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care. Your duties will include:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive social services plans to meet the unique needs of each patient

  • Coordinating with healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive seamless care and support

  • Providing counseling and guidance to patients and their families, as needed
