Overview
Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Secretary/Assistant to join our Portland office. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment and has strong experience supporting attorneys in civil litigation matters. This is a full-time position, with hybrid or fully remote options available for highly qualified candidates.
Key Qualifications
  • 5+ years of litigation legal secretary experience, preferably in a fast-paced defense firm environment
  • Familiarity with Oregon and Washington state and federal rules of civil procedure, including e-filing in both jurisdictions
  • Experience supporting plaintiff-side cases in King County, WA or matters involving provisional process is strongly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Experience with Milana docketing software is a plus
  • Excellent analytical, written communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
