Remote Sales Recruiters are professionals who specialize in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring sales talent for companies, all while working from a remote location. They use online tools and platforms to identify candidates, conduct virtual interviews, and assess applicants’ suitability for sales roles. These recruiters often collaborate closely with hiring managers and sales leaders to understand job requirements and ensure a strong match between candidates and the company’s needs. Their work is crucial in building successful sales teams, especially for organizations with distributed or remote workforces.

Description
Remote Full-Cycle Sales Recruiter - Idaho (Expansion & Execution Focus)
Remote - Idaho | Full-Time | Base + Performance-Based Bonuses
$5,000 bonus at 90 days if you meet KPIs and bring 6 hires!
About the Opportunity
We're continuing to grow our sales organization across Idaho and are looking for a Remote Full-Cycle Sales Recruiter to own hiring for assigned sales positions while partnering closely with our Boise-based recruiting lead.
This role is full-cycle - from sourcing through offer - with a primary focus on execution, throughput, and consistent delivery across assigned roles.
You will own specific requisitions, manage your own candidate pipelines, and deliver hires while staying aligned with overall recruiting strategy and standards.
This is not HR. This is performance-driven recruiting built around accountability, clear expectations, and measurable results. If you are a disciplined recruiter who thrives in a remote environment, values structure, and wants ownership without chaos, this role was designed for you.
How This Role Is Different
  • Owns designated sales roles, not overall recruiting strategy
  • Operates with a remote-first execution model focused on speed and throughput
  • Collaborates with - but does not replace - the Idaho-based recruiting lead
  • Accountable for results within a defined hiring scope

How Success Is Measured
  • Time-to-fill for assigned roles
  • Quality and consistency of the candidate pipeline
  • Interview-to-offer and offer-to-acceptance ratios
  • Candidate experience and responsiveness
  • Alignment with recruiting standards and hiring expectations

What You'll Get
  • Competitive base salary + performance-based bonuses
  • Fully remote role (Idaho-based candidates preferred)
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Medical, dental, and vision options
  • Clear expectations, defined ownership, and strong systems
  • Ongoing coaching and development
  • A culture built on growth, purpose, and accountability - where structure creates freedom and clarity drives results

Compensation
OTE for this role is $110,000-$125,000, including base salary plus performance-based bonuses tied to hiring outcomes.
An additional $5,000 bonus at 90 days if you meet KPIs and bring 6 hires!
About Us
We believe great teams are built intentionally - not reactively.
Our recruiting function is designed around ownership, systems, and accountability, allowing recruiters to do their best work without unnecessary friction. If you're looking for a full-cycle recruiting role that values execution, clarity, and results - this is it.
Responsibilities
• Own the full recruiting lifecycle for assigned sales roles across Idaho and select Remote positions
• Source, engage, screen, interview, and close sales candidates using proven outreach strategies
• Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously with clear prioritization and follow-through
• Partner with the Idaho-based Full-Cycle Sales Recruiter Lead to stay aligned on role profiles, hiring standards, and candidate quality
• Deliver a professional, consistent candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance
• Maintain accurate documentation, notes, and pipeline stages within the ATS
• Hit defined recruiting KPIs, including time-to-fill, pipeline health, and offer acceptance rate
• Represent the company brand with clarity, professionalism, and consistency in every interaction
Qualifications
• 2-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in sales or personnel
• Proven ability to manage multiple open requisitions independently
• Strong sourcing and outreach capability (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals)
• Confidence running phone screens and structured interviews
• High level of organization, discipline, and follow-through in a remote environment
• Experience using ATS and recruiting technology
• Results-oriented mindset - you measure success by hires, not activity
