Position Summary

The Commercial Property Manager – Business Development is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of a portfolio of commercial properties, including (fill in with details like office, retail, and/or industrial) assets. In addition to operational responsibilities, this individual will play a key role in identifying and developing new business opportunities, particularly third-party property management contracts.

Property Management (Approximately 70%)

● Oversee daily operations of assigned properties, including maintenance, vendor coordination, budgeting, and tenant relations.
