Job Description RCS Staffing has an immediate need for a Project/Design Specialist - Electric Distribution in Madison, WI or Ames, IN. This is a full-time contract-to-hire Remote/Hybrid assignment with our client (with approximately 20% travel required). Overview of YOUR role as a Project/Design Specialist - Electric Distribution As a Project/Design Specialist - Electric Distribution, you will support and lead the technical execution of electric distribution projects while developing project management skills with a clear pathway to growing into a Project Manager role. You will coordinate electric distribution design work, lead quality control reviews, and work closely with experienced Project Managers who will mentor your professional growth. This is a high-impact growth role on an expanding team, offering increasing responsibility and visibility.
