We're looking for a driven Operations Project Manager (Multifamily)

If you enjoy leading people, solving problems, visiting job sites, and making projects successful, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do:

  • Visit active construction sites weekly throughout Northeast Wisconsin.

  • Hold Project Managers accountable for schedules, quality, communication, and execution.

  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify challenges.

  • Review project schedules and assist with planning.

  • Conduct operational walk throughs and quality inspections.

  • Ensure company standards and procedures are consistently followed.

  • Coach and mentor Project Managers to improve performance.

  • Work closely with executive leadership to keep projects moving forward.

  • Help deliver exceptional projects on time and within company expectations.

  • Coordinate weekly schedules for Field Technicians, Cleaners, and Site Supervisors across all active projects.

  • Assign field resources based on project priorities, turnover schedules, inspections, and manpower needs.

  • Balance labor resources to maximize efficiency while supporting Project Managers and field operations.

  • Ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time to keep projects moving forward.

What We're Looking For:

  • 10+ years of multifamily construction project management experience.

  • Multifamily construction experience preferred.

  • Strong leadership and accountability skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

  • Willingness to travel to local job sites.
