Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 base salary + performance-based bonuses

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Litigation Attorney licensed to practice in Arizona. This role focuses on Personal Injury (PI), offering an excellent opportunity to work on high-impact matters in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

*Manage a caseload of PI matters from inception through resolution

*Handle all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and court appearances

*Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials as needed.

*Develop case strategies and negotiate settlements

*Collaborate with legal staff and support teams to ensure efficient case handling

Qualifications:

*Active bar license in Arizona (required)
