Job description

Senior Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

A high-performing personal injury litigation practice is seeking an experienced Senior Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join its fully remote team.

This position offers the opportunity to focus on litigation and case strategy while working within a highly efficient support structure. Attorneys manage approximately 50 active files with dedicated support from paralegals, legal assistants, and administrative professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage personal injury litigation matters from intake through trial
  • Take and defend depositions, including expert and lay witnesses
  • Lead discovery efforts and motion practice
  • Handle court appearances, many of which are conducted virtually
  • Negotiate settlements and represent clients during mediations

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience
  • Active California Bar license
  • Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
  • Trial experience strongly preferred
