What you will do
As a global CIM you will be responsible to support (executive) leadership in achieving strategic targets resulting in more efficient business processes, reduced cost and superior customer experience.
You will evaluate business processes & business data to identify improvement and /or savings areas, by using Lean Six Sigma methodology.
You will collaborate with colleagues around the world in verifying compliance with the proposed amendments & getting these improvements implemented and hyper cared at global scale.
How you will do it
  • You will actively look for areas of improvement by using customer feedback, business data, your internal network...but always starting from/tying back to our business processes
  • With lean six sigma's DMAIC/PDCA model as your guide, you will steer our organization through the improvement journey and drive the different initiatives to completion
  • You will translate your improvement proposals into a yearly project roadmap that is aligned with the overall business direction.
  • You lead the global deployment of the agreed global CI projects.
  • You provide input on new process or standards in support of the organization, with significant impact on the business/function results (the improvements should result in either cost reduction OR stimulate margin and/or increase revenue.)
  • You use your excellent process skills to support our senior leadership in the deployment of top down organizational changes, assessing the impact of any change vs the current business process in place
  • Maintain close relationships with the different internal teams to better understand the market/their needs and challenges.
  • Remote role (exceptions may apply for those cases where face to face meetings are required/beneficial)

What we look for
  • Minimal Bachelor Degree and 5-10 years of relevant working experience
  • English native speaker or advanced Level, Spanish is a plus
  • Lean Six Sigma black belt certified strongly preferred
  • Financial acumen
  • Excellent process improvement & modeling skills (knowledge of BPMN & visio is a plus)
  • You possess effective communicative & interpersonal skills, you understand what drives people and can outline the "what's in it for them"
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $100,000-$150,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
