Job Description
District Trainer/ Training Specialist (Licensed)
The ideal candidate will have a proven leadership record, be a successful trainer, and have a background in training in the insurance industry
The position will include training agents from (Reserve, Career to Full-Time). Excellent communication skills are a requirement, as you will be guiding agents and consulting with Agency Owners. You will also be responsible for learning/teaching Farmers Insurance products.
Qualifications
Position Requirements:
  • Provides a motivational learning environment and experience to agents in both face to face and field learning situations.
  • Implement Farmers Agency Training curriculum to develop new and existing agents.
  • Establishes continuous improvement systems that allow knowledge transfer and behavioral development to flourish and respond to a changing marketplace.
  • Measures agent performance against standards to ensure program effectiveness.
  • Provides regular feedback to business units about existing programs and development of new programs.
  • Performs administrative and other miscellaneous office duties as assigned.
  • Must be Property & Casualty and Life Licensed
  • Must pass a background check including (credit, criminal, regulatory and driving history)
  • College degree preferred but will consider solid insurance and sales experience
  • FARMERS experience a plus

The hours of this position will be Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with all major holidays off.
Salaried plus incentives.
