Job description

Role Description

This is a contract remote role for Insurance Training Specialists in the P&C and EB Agency Insurance space. The Insurance Training Specialist will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs tailored to insurance processes, policies, and best practices. The role includes developing instructional materials, facilitating training sessions, and providing ongoing support to address learner needs. Collaboration with internal teams to identify training gaps and implementing solutions to improve efficiency will also be key responsibilities.


Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with team members and clients
  • Proficiency in Training & Development and Training to efficiently design and lead comprehensive learning programs
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a remote work environment
  • Experience within the Insurance Agency/Brokerage space is required.
  • Deep experience with Applied Epic for P&C and BenefitPoint for EB is a must!
