Insurance Producer / Sales Advisor (Base + Commission) | Goosehead Insurance
Location: Bala Cynwyd, PA (150 Monument Road)

What Youll Do
In this role, you will focus on business development, relationship-building, and closing new opportunities:
- Develop referral pipelines through Centers of Influence (realtors, lenders, and local partners)
- Proactively generate new business through networking and community engagement
- Leverage opportunities within an existing book of business
- Quote, advise, and close personal lines policies (home, auto, umbrella)
- Build long-term client relationships that lead to repeat and referral business
- Track and achieve individual sales goals in a performance-driven environment
- Individuals who are motivated by income potential and performance-based rewards
- Natural relationship-builders who enjoy networking and connecting with others
- Sales professionals who want to control their growth and results
- Candidates who are competitive, coachable, and goal-oriented
- Active P&C License preferred OR willingness to obtain (licensing support provided)
- Prior sales experience is a plus (insurance, real estate, mortgage, or similar fields)
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Self-starter with the ability to generate and manage their own pipeline
- Base Salary + Uncapped Commission Structure
