Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a self-motivated, coachable, and driven Insurance Sales Producer to join our growing team. This position offers the flexibility of in-office or hybrid work arrangements. As an Insurance Sales Producer, you will be responsible for developing new business, building strong client relationships, and educating customers on their insurance needs and options.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, and other lead-generation strategies

Educate prospective and existing clients on insurance coverages and tailor policies to meet their individual needs

Provide outstanding customer service and maintain client relationships to build trust and retention

Meet and exceed sales goals and agency targets

Follow up on leads and complete insurance quotes in a timely and efficient manner

Maintain knowledge of products and industry changes to effectively present policies to clients

Assist clients with policy updates, coverage changes, and claims support

Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales activities


Requirements

Qualifications:

Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced industry

Must be able to obtain or currently hold a Property & Casualty insurance license and Life & Health

Sales experience is preferred but not required we will train the right candidate

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficient with basic computer and CRM systems
