I opened my agency in 2025 and currently lead a team of seven. As a second-generation State Farm agent, serving customers and building relationships has always been part of my life. I'm a graduate of Ashland University, where I earned both my Bachelor's and Master's degrees, and I was a collegiate football player and two-time state football champion. Outside of work, I'm a passionate Ohio State football fan and dog lover.
Giving back to the community is one of my priorities. I serve on the Board of the Gridiron Club and enjoy supporting local schools, youth athletics, and community initiatives that help make a positive impact.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Nick Cone - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
