Our agency opened in 2020 and is a close-knit team of four focused on consistency, service, and growth. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I held a leadership role within State Farm, bringing strong experience and structure into how we run the office.
Outside of work, Im a big Saints and LSU football fan and enjoy staying connected to the local community. We stay involved through organizations like Habitat for Humanity and events such as the NOLA Exotica Fest.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Ramona Deculus - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.

  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
