Our agency is growing, and were looking for motivated people who want a real opportunitynot just another job.


Were a local office based in Hendricks, Minnesota, building a team of driven, people-focused individuals who want to grow, earn, and actually get better at what they do. This is an in office position in Hendricks.


Whether youre licensed or brand new to insurance, well give you the training, structure, and support to get started. From there, your results come down to your effort and consistency.

Responsibilities

What Youll Do

  • Build relationships with new and existing clients
  • Prospect daily through calls, referrals, and follow-ups
  • Educate clients on coverage options in a clear, simple way
  • Quote and write policies across multiple lines
  • Keep your pipeline organized and active
  • Work toward clear performance goals
