Job description

We are selecting a limited number of qualified candidates for the Farmers Insurance Agent in Training Program.


This hands-on mentorship program provides paid training, licensing, and daily warm leads while you learn directly from a top-ranked Farmers agent.


You will gain full exposure to insurance sales, marketing, recruiting, and business operations.

Responsibilities

-Sell auto, home, life, specialty and business insurance.

-Manage warm leads and client relationships

-Learn recruiting, marketing, and business operations

-Train under an experienced mentor agent


Requirements

-Motivated, competitive, and goal-driven

-Background in sales, recruiting, customer service, or management preferred

-Strong communication and leadership potential

-Proficient with CRM systems

-Must obtain state insurance licensing (paid by us)

-Experienced insurance Sales Producers with a proven track record of sales, will have the option to work from home after training.
