Responsibilities

  • Participate in a structured training and development program designed to build foundational insurance and leadership skills.
  • Learn and apply sales and service techniques to help clients identify the right auto, home, life, and business insurance solutions.
  • Engage in daily prospecting activities including outreach, referrals, networking, and follow-up communication.
  • Work directly with mentors and leadership to develop consultative selling, objection handling, and closing skills.
  • Assist in quoting, presenting, and servicing insurance policies while maintaining accuracy and compliance standards.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and high-quality service.
  • Support retention efforts by helping clients understand their coverage, billing options, and policy updates.
  • Track personal performance goals, sales activity, and development milestones within CRM systems.
  • Participate in coaching sessions, team meetings, and ongoing professional development activities.
  • Work toward obtaining and maintaining a Minnesota Property & Casualty Insurance License within program timelines.
  • Develop leadership capabilities through increasing responsibility in sales production, client management, and team collaboration.
  • Uphold professionalism, ethical standards, and a client-first mindset in all interactions.

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or GED required; college education or relevant coursework preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to pursue a long-term career in sales and leadership.
  • Coachable mindset with a willingness to learn, accept feedback, and apply training consistently.
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including comfort using CRM systems, email, and online tools.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to represent the organization with integrity and confidence.
  • Willingness to obtain a Minnesota Property & Casualty and Life& Health Insurance Licenses.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check and meet applicable licensing requirements.
