Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lean Six Sigma Project Manager to lead highimpact, crossfunctional process improvement initiatives across the region. This role is a key contributor to advancing operational excellence, delivering measurable business outcomes, and reinforcing a strong, listeningdriven culture of continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate brings strong execution capabilities, a futurefocused mindset, and the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders and frontline teams in a remote, matrixed environment-leveraging modern tools, automation, and AI where appropriate to design scalable, sustainable processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver Lean Six Sigma projects from initiation through sustainment, ensuring alignment with regional and enterprise strategic priorities.
  • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies (DMAIC, Kaizen, value stream mapping, root cause analysis) to improve quality, efficiency, cost, and customer outcomes.
  • Identify, design, and define new or reengineered processes that leverage automation, digital solutions, and AIenabled capabilities to reduce waste, improve consistency, and support scalability.
  • Partner closely with functional leaders and stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and develop clear problem statements, success metrics, and benefit targets.
  • Drive change management and adoption through strong stakeholder engagement, influence without authority, and clear communication.
  • Track, validate, and communicate project outcomes, including financial and nonfinancial benefits.
  • Support capability building by coaching project teams and, as appropriate, mentoring Green Belt and Yellow Belt practitioners.
  • Collaborate with the Six Sigma Region Leader to prioritize initiatives, manage the project pipeline, and support regional operational excellence objectives.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required; Black Belt strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience leading process improvement or operational excellence initiatives in complex organizations.
  • Demonstrated success delivering measurable improvements across multiple functions (e.g., operations, quality, supply chain, finance, customer experience).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in a remote, matrixed environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience designing or implementing automated, digitally enabled, or AIsupported processes as part of continuous improvement or transformation initiatives.
  • Experience working in large, multisite or regional organizations.
  • Familiarity with change management principles and seniorlevel stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong financial acumen, including benefit validation and ROI tracking.
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI or similar platforms).
