Duration: 12 Months
Location: San Francisco, CA - 94103 (Remote)
Pay Range: $78.76/hr - $82.76/hr
Travel: Up to 20%
Job Summary: This role will lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives aimed at enhancing community support operations. You will be instrumental in analyzing, designing, and implementing process improvements to elevate the user experience. The position requires driving pilot programs and measuring their success to ensure sustained positive impact.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and redesign key customer support processes.
  • Lead and execute pilot projects for process improvements.
  • Develop and implement measurement systems for process data.
  • Collaborate with various teams on process impact assessments.
  • Transition successful solutions to operations for ongoing effectiveness.

Must-Have Skills:
  • Proven experience in process improvement methodologies
