• Conduct thorough assessments to understand each client’s mental health needs and develop detailed, person-centered treatment plans tailored to individual progress and goals.
• Lead therapy sessions that encourage clients to explore their thoughts and emotions, teaching coping strategies that foster personal empowerment and lead to positive life changes.
• Maintain a manageable caseload while ensuring professional relationships that uphold ethical standards, and provide consistent follow-up to track client stability and progress.
• Document client interactions meticulously, keeping up-to-date records that inform treatment modifications and assist in eventual discharge planning.
• Engage in collaborative discussions with other healthcare providers to coordinate care and share insights that enhance treatment outcomes.

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse range of clients seeking mental health support. These may include individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma-related disorders. You will engage with clients of all ages and backgrounds, providing culturally competent care that respects their unique experiences and challenges. Our integrated approach allows you to address the whole person, not just their symptoms, facilitating a path to holistic recovery.

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling, psychology, or a related field.
• A current, unrestricted LPC license that allows for independent practice in the state of Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, with a strong focus on providing evidence-based treatment.
• Proficiency in completing intake assessments and using telehealth platforms to deliver therapy sessions.

• Experience in developing and implementing personalized treatment plans based on clients’ individual assessments.
• Ability to provide direct psychotherapy services to families and individuals, showcasing a depth of knowledge in applicable therapeutic techniques.
