Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify client needs and develop effective, individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate evidence-based individual therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs of your clients, utilizing various therapeutic modalities.
• Set and monitor therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to ensure progress and engagement.
• Provide teletherapy services, utilizing video conferencing tools and secure communication platforms, making therapy accessible to clients with diverse needs.
• Document client interactions meticulously, adhering to ethical standards and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities to keep abreast of the latest practices and methodologies in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on diverse patient populations, including but not limited to adults facing mental health challenges such as anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, PTSD, and other emotional difficulties. You will leverage your expertise to empower clients through effective therapeutic interventions, ultimately helping them lead fuller, healthier lives.

Qualifications

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or PsyD is essential for this role.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and a compassionate approach towards clients.
• Strong organizational skills, coupled with the ability to manage time effectively in a remote work environment.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with previous experience in a private practice setting or those who have worked with clients facing complex trauma will be prioritized. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and an understanding of remote therapeutic practices will be considered advantageous.

Alpine Health Solutions offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000, depending on your caseload and experience.
