Harmonius Mental Health Services is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW) to join our expanding team. This position is primarily remote, allowing therapists to work from the comfort of their own homes while effectively reaching clients in the community. • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to thoroughly understand patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans that promote recovery and wellness.
• Deliver tailored therapeutic interventions through various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, adapting approaches as necessary to optimize patient outcomes.
• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that provide information and community support for those experiencing common mental health challenges.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other allied health professionals to cultivate coordinated and holistic care for each patient.
• Provide crisis intervention services and mental health support during emergencies, ensuring that patients receive timely and appropriate care.
• Educate patients about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation to comply with legal, ethical, and organizational standards, facilitating seamless communication within our healthcare team.
• Actively participate in case consultations, professional development activities, and ongoing training to enhance clinical skills and stay informed about the latest mental health research.

Our patient population comprises diverse individuals ranging from children to older adults, presenting various mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders. Therapists will have the opportunity to engage with clients from various backgrounds, contributing to a rich tapestry of experiences that enhance personal and professional growth.

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of California, validating professional readiness to provide mental health counseling.
• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and an ethical understanding of therapeutic relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct clinical assessments and develop effective treatment strategies that meet patients' unique needs.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, ideally involving outpatient therapy.
• Experience in group therapy facilitation, crisis intervention, and community outreach efforts.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health records systems and telehealth platforms, ensuring efficient management of patient information.

Harmonius Mental Health Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
