  • Conduct initial client interviews and assessments to develop a thorough understanding of their mental health needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, addressing their unique mental health symptoms and identifying actionable goals.
  • Evaluate client progress continuously, modifying treatment approaches as necessary based on gathered bio-psychosocial data from clients, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Utilize diagnostic tools such as mental status exams and assessments of functional impairments to ensure accurate and effective treatment plans.
  • Stay current with best practices in therapeutic techniques, including knowledge in chemical dependency, trauma-informed care, and family systems therapy.

Qualifications
