• Conduct in-depth cultural assessments to understand the individual backgrounds and experiences of your clients.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate personalized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic interventions that cater to the specific needs of each client.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions focusing on a range of mental health issues, promoting resilience, coping skills, and empowerment.
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to create an integrated care approach.
• Respond effectively to crisis situations, offering immediate support and intervention strategies to clients in need.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, therapeutic options, and community resources.
• Maintain meticulous records and documentation to comply with ethical, legal, and organizational standards.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A current, valid license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.
• Demonstrated understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based practices.
• Proven experience in providing culturally responsive therapy in both individual and group settings.
• Excellent crisis management skills with a calm demeanor in high-pressure situations.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of establishing rapport with diverse clients.
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and related software applications.
• A strong commitment to ethical standards, confidentiality, and professional boundaries.
• The ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams for cohesive service delivery.

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
