As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in providing therapeutic services to diverse patient populations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and developing personalized treatment plans for couples and families.
• Facilitating therapy sessions that address various familial issues including communication difficulties, separation, and adjustment challenges related to divorce.
• Administering interventions for clients dealing with conflicts, grief, job stress, substance abuse, and psychological trauma.
• Providing family therapy that ensures inclusive engagement, handling unique dynamics such as blended families and mother-daughter conflicts.
• Maintaining comprehensive documentation and tracking treatment progress using our advanced digital platforms.
• Collaborating with other health professionals for a multidisciplinary approach to care.

Your role will involve working closely with a diverse client base, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will engage in therapeutic relationships with individuals facing a range of challenges whether it be issues related to family relationships, personal growth, or coping with loss. • Flexibility to accommodate varying hours and workloads, ideally 30 hours or more per week.
