In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate and understand clients' mental health needs effectively.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client goals, integrating evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing diagnostic knowledge to adapt techniques that resonate with clients' experiences.
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, case managers, and other treatment team members to provide cohesive care.
• Educate clients' families about mental health issues, fostering a supportive network that encourages recovery.
• Maintain precise and confidential client records in accordance with regulatory and ethical standards to track progress and adapt treatment strategies.

Our client population is diverse, consisting of individuals from various cultural, socioeconomic, and personal backgrounds. You will work with clients experiencing various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and more. Your ability to establish trust and rapport with clients will be essential in guiding them through their recovery journeys.

The ideal candidate will hold a current and valid license as one of the following:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Doctor of Psychology (PsyD)

Additionally, candidates must possess:

• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Extensive experience or specialized training in mental health counseling.
• A deep understanding of evidence-based practices for diverse mental health challenges.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate effective teamwork and client engagement.
