Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Part-time & Full-time Options

At Optimal Care ABA Therapy, we offer In-Home Therapy Services throughout the state of Illinois, providing a nurturing environment for our young clients to thrive. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in supporting our team of experienced therapists and helping our clients achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:

โ€ข Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to children with autism in their homes, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
โ€ข Implement individualized treatment plans, developed in collaboration with our clinical team
โ€ข Collect and record data on client progress, ensuring accurate and thorough documentation
โ€ข Communicate effectively with clients, families, and staff to ensure seamless collaboration and continuity of care
โ€ข Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy
