• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings of clients to thoroughly evaluate their mental health status, formulating individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities to effectively address clients' unique challenges.
• Work in harmony with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, ensuring a collaborative and integrated approach to client care.
• Create and deliver psychoeducation programs for clients and their families, fostering a supportive environment that encourages informed participation in the therapeutic process.

• A current and valid state license in one of the following categories: LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and motivate clients throughout their recovery journey.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, promoting effective collaboration within the treatment team.

• Experience working in a remote or telehealth setting, familiarizing you with the unique aspects of online therapy.
• Specializations in areas such as trauma-informed care, grief counseling, or child and adolescent therapy.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.
