Salary: Up to $40 per hour

Optima Care Harborview is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our exceptional team. Whether you're starting your nursing journey or bringing years of experience, this is your opportunity to thrive in a supportive, resident-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in accordance with physician orders and care plans

  • Provide direct nursing care and ensure residents’ comfort, safety, and well-being

  • Accurately document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in a timely manner

  • Assist with wound care and other clinical responsibilities as assigned

  • Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations

Qualifications:

  • Active LPN license in the State of New Jersey

  • Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred, but not required
