Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate and understand clients' mental health needs effectively.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client goals, integrating evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
  • Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing diagnostic knowledge to adapt techniques that resonate with clients' experiences.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will hold a current and valid license as one of the following:

  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Doctor of Psychology (PsyD)

Additionally, candidates must possess:

  • A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
  • Extensive experience or specialized training in mental health counseling.
  • A deep understanding of evidence-based practices for diverse mental health challenges.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate effective teamwork and client engagement.
