RN Wellness Supervisor

Sisters of Mercy of the Americas
Full-Time | Non-Exempt (30+ Hours Weekly)
Pay Range: $42.00 – $57.00 per hour

The Sisters of Mercy of the Americas is seeking a compassionate and experienced RN Wellness Supervisor to oversee day-to-day nursing care and support the health and well-being of our Sister residents. This leadership role is responsible for supervising nursing staff, coordinating care services, and ensuring residents are treated with dignity, kindness, and respect.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate resident nursing care and clinical case management

  • Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and community partners to support quality care

  • Supervise nursing staff, including scheduling, training, evaluations, and performance support

  • Provide direct nursing care as needed

  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with policies and safety procedures
