Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Managing a diverse caseload of clients, establishing strong therapeutic relationships that respect professional boundaries and ethics.
• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, accurately diagnosing disorders, and developing personalized treatment plans.
• Leading individual and group therapy sessions to help clients explore emotions, build coping mechanisms, and facilitate transformative personal growth.
• Regularly meeting with clients to monitor progress, review treatment effectiveness, adjust plans as needed, and facilitate timely discharges when appropriate.
• Maintaining meticulous documentation and progress notes using our electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure compliance and continuity of care.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care.
• Continually fostering a growth mindset to enhance personal and professional development.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at our facility, you will serve a broad spectrum of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults struggling with various mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to more complex conditions. Your work will directly impact their ability to overcome life’s challenges and achieve stability and well-being.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.
• A current, unrestricted, independent Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license.
• At least two years of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, providing direct psychotherapy services.
• Competence in conducting intake assessments and developing effective treatment strategies tailored to individual client needs.

In addition to the basic qualifications, preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate:

• Experience working with diverse populations and varied mental health issues.
• Strong therapeutic skills with a demonstrated ability to foster healing and growth in clients.
