• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients using our state-of-the-art telehealth platform, ensuring a professional and supportive environment.
• Develop comprehensive and personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's therapeutic needs and goals.
• Regularly monitor client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on their evolving needs and feedback.
• Maintain thorough and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards of practice.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to provide holistic care and support.
• Stay updated with current trends and research in mental health to inform treatment approaches and maintain professional development.

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, you will primarily engage with adults experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related issues. Our services aim to reach individuals across diverse backgrounds, promoting inclusivity and equity in mental health treatment.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active state licensure as a mental health therapist is essential. Licenses may include but are not limited to:
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)
• Proficient in using telehealth technologies and comfortable with online therapy modalities.
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal communication skills, essential for building trust with clients.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.

• Previous experience providing individual therapy in a remote setting.

• Knowledgeable about current mental health resources and referrals.
