• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that consider both psychological and physical health factors affecting patients' well-being.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient, taking a holistic approach to their care.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices to foster therapeutic growth and resilience.
• Maintain open communication with medical providers to ensure seamless coordination of care, sharing critical insights that enhance treatment efficacy.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention to support patients experiencing mental health emergencies, utilizing de-escalation techniques and empathetic engagement.
• Educate patients on the relationship between mental and physical health, equipping them with the skills to manage their conditions effectively.
• Ensure comprehensive and accurate documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans adhere to all legal and ethical guidelines.
• Participate actively in team meetings and case discussions to collaboratively enhance patient care strategies.
• Keep abreast of the latest research and advancements in integrated care practices to continually enrich your knowledge and skill set.

You will primarily work with a diverse population of patients grappling with mental health issues, many of whom also face concurrent medical problems. Our patients come from various backgrounds and present a range of challenges, allowing for a rewarding and fulfilling professional experience as you tailor your approaches to meet complex needs.

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Psychologist, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.
• Solid understanding and experience addressing the mental health needs of individuals with co-occurring medical conditions.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, fostering trust and rapport with patients and colleagues alike.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries whilst ensuring the confidentiality of patient information.
• Proficiency with electronic health record systems and common computer applications.
• A proven capability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team.

• Demonstrated experience providing therapeutic interventions via telehealth platforms.
• Prior involvement in community mental health programs or integrative health services.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices specific to treating patients with dual diagnoses.

The salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
