Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of clients, ensuring to establish and maintain positive, trust-based relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss their progress, stability, and upcoming appointments—including assessments for discharge when appropriate.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances and goals.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and progress notes for each client in compliance with organizational standards.
  • Carry out comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate new clients effectively.
  • Provide individual therapy sessions to clients, ensuring a supportive and therapeutic relationship.
  • Engage in individual supervision for professional growth and adherence to best practices in mental health care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare providers to ensure holistic and coordinated care for clients.
