Rapha Mental and Wellness Center is actively seeking dedicated and licensed mental health professionals to join our team as Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselors. In this role, you will provide therapeutic services to a diverse client base, focusing on promoting optimal mental health in a flexible, fully remote work setting. This position is entirely remote, allowing you to provide therapy from any location that suits your needs and preferences. Our telehealth framework ensures that you can maintain flexibility in your working hours while effectively managing your caseload. You will have the autonomy to organize your schedule, whether you prefer to provide sessions in the morning, evening, or on weekends.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to determine client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide high-quality psychotherapy, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other modalities.
• Engage in ongoing treatment planning and adjustment based on client progress and feedback.
• Document session notes thoroughly and maintain accurate records for each client, ensuring compliance with all clinical standards.
• Participate in regular supervision and peer consultation to enhance therapeutic skills and uphold the highest standards of care.
• Promote a safe and supportive therapeutic environment, enabling clients to express their thoughts and feelings openly.
• Collaborate with educational institutions or community organizations to provide mental health support to specific populations, such as students or families.

Your work will largely focus on adults across various demographics, including those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Attention will be given to the unique circumstances of each client, particularly those in educational settings where mental health support is critical. The sessions funded by partnering schools allow you to concentrate on providing therapy without the distraction of insurance billing, which enhances therapeutic outcomes.

• A master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or related field from an accredited institution.
• An active license to practice independently in the state of Florida, which may include LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, PsyD, or PhD.
• A minimum of two years’ experience providing clinical psychotherapy to adults, with a deep understanding of the therapeutic process.
• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting intake assessments and formulating treatment plans.
• Exemplary documentation skills and a clean professional record without disciplinary issues.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities beyond CBT, including trauma-informed care.
• Experience in working with educational systems or direct experience with student populations.
• A passion for ongoing professional development and commitment to enhancing therapeutic skills.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to financial compensation, our benefits package includes:
