Intake Specialist – Jacksonville, FL

Slocumb Law Firm is a nationally recognized Personal Injury law firm with a growing presence across the United States.

We are seeking experienced Intake Specialists to join our Jacksonville Call Center. These roles serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients and require strong communication skills, professionalism, empathy, and the ability to handle a fast-paced inbound call environment.

Current Openings

• 2–3 Full-Time Intake Specialists – Day Shift
40 hours per week

• 1 Part-Time Intake Specialist – Night Shift
20–30 hours per week

• Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are strongly preferred, with a need for at least 1–2 bilingual team members

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients

• Handle high-volume inbound calls from potential clients

• Gather and document detailed information regarding incidents and potential cases

• Accurately enter client information and case details into the case management system

• Assess initial case information and escalate qualified leads when appropriate

• Provide professional, empathetic, and responsive service to prospective clients

• Follow established intake procedures and call-handling standards

• Meet performance expectations related to response time, call quality, accuracy, and client conversion

What We’re Looking For

• Previous Intake, Call Center, Customer Service, or similar high-volume phone experience

• Prior experience in a law firm or Personal Injury environment strongly preferred

• Strong verbal communication and active-listening skills

• Ability to build rapport with prospective clients and handle sensitive conversations professionally

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven call center environment

• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills

• Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple conversations and priorities

• English/Spanish bilingual skills strongly preferred for multiple openings

Work Structure

On-site – Jacksonville, Florida

☀️ Full-Time Day Shift: 40 hours/week

Part-Time Night Shift: 20–30 hours/week
